i appreciated the shuttle service to taksim square. it made getting around much easier. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of items. the staff were helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with any request.
i noticed some street noise due to the windows not being completely soundproof. it was sometimes a bit disruptive.

The hotel provides a shuttle service to taksim square every half hour. This is very convenient. the gym is quite spacious and well equipped. I saw many treadmills and stationary bikes available for use. there is a spa area that looked very clean.

The breakfast buffet includes a lot of options like fresh fruit, cereals, and a variety of breads. i found the tea to be of great quality. It was perfect for starting the day. there were also many vegetarian options available each morning.

the hotel is centrally located. it is close to taksim square. the area surrounding the hotel is well maintained, and i felt safe walking around.

The room was spacious and very clean. The linen and towels were of excellent quality. the bathroom had a powerful shower. There were fluffy towels as well. i appreciated that water, tea, and coffee were complimentary in the room.

i found the staff very caring. yucel made sure i understood everything at the hotel. he took great care. burak and farbin were also helpful. they showed the best customer service i have experienced at marriott properties.
the doors in the corridor made a lot of noise as they slammed shut. the doors seemed poorly insulated. this allowed sound into the rooms.

the hotel location is very convenient to major shopping and dining areas. a hotel shuttle runs back and forth to taksim square every hour. this made getting around very easy and accessible.

the gym had plenty of equipment for staying fit.
i found the attitude of the spa manager quite rude and insulting.. she even tried to charge me extra to use the gym.
